American music star, Billie Eilish is in the news again for urging her fans to vote for Kamala Harris in the upcoming USA elections.
This is coming after the singer trended online few days ago for publicly endorsing Harris in a video she shared on her Instagram page. The popstar, alongside her brother Finneas, publicly declared their support for the Democrat presidential candidate. The duo, citing the reasons for their decision, said they are voting for the Harris-Walz ticket because of protection of their reproductive freedom, planet and democracy.
“We are voting for Kamala Harris and Tim Walz because they are fighting to protect our reproductive freedom, our planet and our democracy,” Eilish said.
Finneas added, “We can’t let extremists control our lives, ours freedoms and our future. The only way to stop them and the dangerous Project 2025 agenda is to vote and elect Kamala Harris.”
In recent news, Eilish can be seen in a new video shared on TikTok telling her fans to vote for Kamala Harris. In the video, the singer stopped in the middle of her concert and urged her fans to do the right thing by voting Harris if they support her.
“Times are really scary and a lot is at stake and I know that if you’re in this room and you support me, you support women and I hope that you will vote for Kamala Harris.”
The video shared on X by Pop Crave has garnered attention and massive reactions from users of the microblogging platform. A cross section of users cheered the singer for making the ‘right decision’.
